ihealth came about mid of 2019, when our co founder Avni had a disabled client he was training as a personal trainer. After sometime, Avni had been assisting his client and began to build enjoyment taking care of someone who really valued it.

Avni then created his own company iHealth and began employing like minded people to assist people who truly value their time
